Fantasy Premier League (FPL) is the official fantasy game run by the Premier League. You pick a squad of 15 players within a budget of £100M. Each gameweek, your starting 11 earn points based on real-match performance: goals, assists, clean sheets, bonus points, and more.

💰 Budget Strategy

Premium picks (£10M+): You can afford 2-3 premiums. Mohamed Salah (£13M) and Erling Haaland (£14M) are the two must-have captaincy options. Pick at least one.

Mid-range (£6-9M): This is where FPL is won. Players like Cole Palmer (£9.5M), Bukayo Saka (£9M), and Bruno Fernandes (£8.5M) offer huge value.

Budget enablers (£4-5.5M): Find rotating bench players who occasionally start. Defenders from promoted teams often cost £4M but can pick up clean sheet points.

📅 Key Strategy Tips

• Fixture difficulty matters more than player quality. A £6M midfielder with 5 easy fixtures beats a £10M midfielder facing the top 6.
• Don't take hits unless necessary. A -4 point hit means your transfer needs to gain 4+ points to break even. Most hits don't pay off.
• Save your Wildcard for Gameweek 19-20 when the schedule resets and teams' form becomes clearer.
• Captain the highest-ceiling player — usually Haaland at home or Salah against a bottom-half team.
• Triple Captain in a Double Gameweek when your premium plays twice.
